Photography Terms and Conditions

A photography session booking with Design Theory LLC. indicates the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein. Design Theory LLC. will endeavor to capture all photographs agreed and desired by the client, starting with the highest priority. All photographs taken during the session will not be included in the proof gallery The final selection of photograph proofs will be at the discretion and choice of the photographer. Your deposit is non-refundable for the session secures the date, time and services of Design Theory LLC. Sessions that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the photographer can reschedule for the new date and time. The remaining balance is required at the time of the photography session. In all cases Design Theory LLC. takes care to ensure a pleasing colour balance for final prints endeavoring to match the image seen on screen at the proofing stage. However, it is impossible to guarantee colour accuracy 100% due to the different colour spaces that occur in digital imaging and different printers, display monitors, media, screens and software settings. All print orders must be paid for in advance. Photo retouching and advanced editing or digital manipulation, other than basic colour correction and cropping, will be subject to a $25.00 fee per image. The Design Theory LLC. logo and/or watermark will be printed on all reproductions of photographs. Design Theory LLC. reserves the right to refuse any order for enlargements. It is understood that copyrights of all photographs remain the property of Design Theory LLC. and may be used to promote Design Theory LLC.
